I provide a compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental, client-centered environment for counseling. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, stress, anger, trauma, low self-esteem, and military or veteran-related issues. Christian counseling is available upon request and is thoughtfully integrated.
As a 20-year retired U.S. Army veteran, I bring a unique perspective shaped by travels and experiences working and living alongside people of diverse cultures, beliefs and backgrounds. These experiences have deepened my understanding and respect for the difficult challenges individuals may face; and they helped shaped my supportive approach towards clients.
