Many clients tell me that the way I do therapy is different then anything they have experienced. I emphasize helping people feel their feelings in their body. It's so common for us to do things we know are not good for us. Knowing what to do can only go so far - we have to go deeper into the emotional and survival parts of the brain via the body.
I am passionate about supporting individuals of all races, genders, and neurotypes. Unlike some therapists, we will not just talk about the same issues over and over again with no results in your life. I will be active, I will brainstorm with you, I will pull from the many different somatic modalities I have studied, and together we will find what works for.
