I have a wide array of experience with those dealing with some sort of trauma or life difficulty, anything from typical depression anxiety, and OCD to child abuse, human trafficking, sexual assault, domestic violence, and incarceration. I primarily work from a Solution-Focused framework, and provide ERP, EMDR, and a dash of IFS/Parts Work.
