Welcome! My name is Dr. Courtney K. Miller and I am the Vice President of Clinical Services at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Counseling Center (IHMCC). We at IHMCC, as part of Catholic Social Services of Southern Nebraska, want to support anyone who may be experiencing difficulties in their day to day life. Sometimes individuals may need a supportive environment to refine what they are doing; sometimes individuals need longer, more intensive therapy to address and heal past wounds. It can be difficult sometimes to know what to do, how to do it or who to ask. We are here to help.

**All services available in English and Spanish.** I specialize in psychosocial evaluations for individuals going through immigration proceedings. I strive to provide a compassionate and comfortable space for clients while at the same time producing a thorough and professionally written evaluation. My assessment will address specific factors which help immigration courts determine if an individual or family may remain lawfully in the United States. I offer evaluations for the following types of immigration cases• Waivers (I-60 and I-60A) • Cancellation of Removal • VAWA and Spousal Abuse • U-Visas • Asylum

We provide mental health, trauma, and substance abuse assessments with ongoing trauma informed, culturally sensitive, individual, family and group therapy for children, youth and adults.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, but am open to working with all age groups. My goal is to help individuals healthily cope with life obstacles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem, and addiction issues, while increasing self esteem and self awareness in order live a healthy, and genuinely happy life.

Carli is known for her background as a Christian counselor, women's wellness, and for being Nebraska's rural resource for telehealth, long before the pandemic. Raised in rural Nebraska, Mrs. Israelson-Reiners is passionate about serving the heart of Nebraska. In addition to mental health counseling, Carli serves as an educator, health coach, & works with women as a Certified Labor & Birth Assistant. Beyond Private Practice, Carli also collaborates with other providers & medical clinics regionally, focusing on non opioid pain management, eating disorders, chronic illness, & the current farm crisis and its effect on mental health.
