I have coached clients in personal growth, self esteem, assertiveness and divorce/blended families.I enjoy coaching divorced families toward healthy bonding and blending. This can include anxiety, work-related stress, depression, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, anger, or just overall not feeling as well as you'd like to. I believe that true emotional health comes from being able to feel and manage a wide range of feelings without becoming overwhelmed. I provide outpatient, substance abuse and chemical dependency counseling services to those affected by alcoholism and other addictions.
