I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with ADHD, depression, anxiety, behavior issues, family conflict and life transitions (e.g., school, career, life after divorce). I use a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Strength-Based Therapy.
During your first session we'll work together to identify experiences from the past and present that effect your daily living. Next, we'll unify to develop a plan that meets your individual needs.
