Whether you are sad about the past or worried about the future, I am well versed in multiple therapeutic modalities to be able to help.
I have worked with adults throughout my career but I specialize in working with children, adolescents and families. To better serve you I have attended the Institute of Psychoanalytical Training and Research. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Family Therapy. I was awarded a certificate in addiction from NYU.
I have worked in different therapeutic settings since 2010 learning my craft after attending Columbia University. I have learned that building trust is one of the most important components to building a therapeutic relationship. I look forward to building that trust with you.
