I am a licensed clinical social worker with over twenty years experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and families. I bring to my work skills learned from my graduate and institute training as well as my natural qualities of empathy, practicality, intuition, and creativity. Using conventional and alternative approaches, my work is tailored to meet the needs of different clients as I bring attention to all dimensions of the healing and growth process--mind, heart, spirit, body, and imagination. My passion is in helping to facilitate the growth of my clients in reconnecting to innate capacities for freedom, imagination, and pleasure.
I am fortunate to have received a variety of outstanding training, including in the modalities of Gestalt, Psychosynthesis and Core Energetics. My training has provided me with understanding, techniques, and a reverence for our universal human struggle.
No matter the presenting issue, I bring a genuine respect to each individual's growth process, including an appreciation for the desire to be seen, understood, and accepted at the deepest level.

Process therapy group
Often the most healing work and fastest change can happen from participating as a group member. It is in relation to others that we first develop our sense of self. Being in a group can help us further this process by freeing ourselves as we develop our true gifts. Through dialogue, imagination, movement, breathing, bodywork, and emotional release, we are witnessed, challenged, and supported by others. Being in a group is an incredible opportunity to take risks, reveal truths, and genuinely connect with others.
