About
I am a practical professional who is committed to those I work with. The goal is to identify actions that improve your life and translate these actions into concrete steps to promote emotional stability and effectiveness in dealing with long-standing and daily challenges. I work with adults and children helping them deal with specific problems as well as supporting their development of long-term, positive life-goals. I am board-certified in Clinical Psychology and Sleep Psychology treating adults, children, families and couples with emotional, behavioral and physical-health concerns. I specialize in treating anxiety, panic and problems such as chronic pain and insomnia.
No matter what the issue is - dealing with a difficult work environment, feeling that a special relationship is crumpling, managing a child rearing concern or searching for ways to cope with anxiety, trauma or loss - together we work to craft strategies to make your life better.
Together we formulate an workable treatment plan with understandable, achievable changes in thoughts, beliefs and behavior. These changes can dramatically increase emotional and mental stability leading to improved life functioning.
I am ready to help you with your concerns and issues.
