I work with people that are passionate about sport and adventure to help them overcome anxiety, depression, and grief. They’re often feeling overwhelmed, distracted, and depressed by things outside of their control. Sometimes their anxiety shows up at a starting line. Sometimes they feel like an imposter in a group of people they’ve competed against for years. They sometimes worry about what other people are thinking of them. They have felt unbearable grief, sadness, and loss when they’ve gotten injured and can't play. They’ve felt self-doubt show up and push them around so much so, they avoid what, and who they love the most.
As a licensed psychotherapist with a degree in applied sport psychology I provide a compassionate and collaborative approach to help you reach your goals. In addition to my clinical and sport performance background, I bring years of experience as an athlete, outdoor educator and running coach; a powerful lens that understands the challenges you might face.
