Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I collaborate with my clients to develop a personalized approach tailored to their unique needs and goals.
I use evidence-based, trauma-informed, and goal-oriented approaches in my work. I hold extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and also incorporate CBT, DBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness approaches. For couples and families, I draw from Structural, Bowenian, EFT, and Gottman Method approaches.
Furthermore, with decades of lived experience, I draw upon a deep well of insight and offer a grounded perspective to help clients navigate their own journeys.
