Believing that a problem holds the key to its solution, I try to help clients hear what they are saying and pay attention to the way they see things. Symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and relationship problems often echo patterns or concerns we have carried for years. I encourage clients to say what they think and feel so they can accept where they are, see the possibility of change, and take the risk of acting different.
