Whether it's Autistic Burnout, social exclusion due to neurodiversity, sexual difficulties, disabling symptoms of ADHD, or hitting a wall regarding improvement in therapy, I have a plan. Neurodiversity does not jive with homework, so I do not give any. You will be challenged, and given a plethora of psychoeducation; because it is so hard to change something unless you know how it works.
