I am a person-centered behavioral health provider and I take a values-based approach. This means that we place your own values, goals, and needs at the center of the therapeutic process. It's important to me that each person is able to get help in a non-judgmental, supportive environment.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life already feels heavy. My goal is to make this process feel safe, collaborative, and centered around you. I work to create a space where you can show up as your full self — without judgment — and begin to understand your emotions, patterns, and needs more deeply. I balance empathy with honesty. You’ll find warmth and compassion in our sessions, but also gentle challenges that help you grow, gain clarity, and build confidence in your own choices. Therapy should be a partnership — one that helps you heal and reconnect with yourself. I am here to walk alongside you.

Without insurance hassles, you can get the service and testing you need without interference, medical necessity, or sharing diagnoses that might change or limit the care you get later on.
I also offer select therapy services specializing in parenting young children (0-6). As a parent of young children myself, I understand the struggle of balancing life. I've worked for years with kids who have behavior problems or have been kicked out of daycare or preschools using a specialized therapy called PCIT. If you're at your wits end, reach out.

My ideal clients are immigrants navigating the immigration system who need clear, compassionate mental health assessments/evaluations to support their cases. They often feel anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about the future. Their goal is to have a thorough, professional assessment that highlights the emotional and psychological impact of their situation. Immigration attorneys also value my evaluations for their accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and detailed reports that strengthen legal cases.

I work with individuals using evidence-based interventions to help address a variety of concerns. My approach when working with children and adolescents is to include the family unit in the therapeutic process to help set and achieve goals whenever possible. When working with adults, I believe it is important for a therapist to work alongside them to help guide them in their transformation, not be the sole director of the journey. I aim to help clients develop the skills to maintain their growth long after therapy is over and generalize their skills to other situations life may put in their path.

I believe in a rapport-based approach to therapy: mainly authenticity in communication and interpersonal development of relationships. I aim to remove stigmas and depathologize issues, focusing on outcomes over symptoms. My philosophy is that people are often unaware of their core values, or stressors have made them seem far too distant. When building acceptance around the reality of problems facing families, and focusing on objectives that improve wellness, change can occur. The behavioral interventions, objectivity, and support found in the therapeutic relationship help lead individuals and families to their goals.

Everyone always says parenting is hard, but that it is so worth it… leaving you to wonder when that will be true for you and leaving you to feel guilty when you feel like screaming at your toddler for not listening, or pulling your hair out due to your child excessively worrying about nothing, or walking on eggshells around your moody teenager. While you’re still figuring out how to navigate and adjust to each new phase of your own life, you’re also trying to teach your kids how to be human and how to find their own authentic selves in this changing world.

Hi there! I love that you are thinking about starting therapy. I applaud you for your courage in doing so, I've done it myself and it's never easy! In fact, part of why I became a therapist is because it's hard to find a good therapist and so I wanted to fill those gaps. My ideal client is someone who is already somewhat self reflective, introspective and mindful of their own behavior patterns and wanting to expand on this knowledge and have someone else who is unbiased to hear them out. Life is chaotic and crazy, but can also be beautiful. I enjoy being there for the ups and downs, and sharing in the joys and the sorrows with you.
