I believe in giving the body its due and supporting you in gently bringing your mind and body back together. I believe that sometimes, we need to feel our way through difficult situations and emotions, rather than just thinking our way through hard times. I use an eclectic approach, including Brainspotting, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing. I additionally offer vibrational sound healing.
