If you have experienced a big life transition or something that was devastating to you, you already know that those disruptions can negatively impact your sleep, your relationships, your work/productivity, your mood, and your physical health among other things. Distress like that can cause you to feel depressed, anxious and misunderstood. You might feel like you are always waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Many of the individuals I support are people who show up for others every day, often at the expense of their own well-being. My therapy practice is client-centered and a collaborative process. Healing is not linear, and no two therapy journeys look the same. I strive to create a space that respects your unique story and supports growth at a pace that feels right for you.

I believe recovery is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I respect each person’s goals, whether that means sobriety or a harm-reduction approach. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment settings, I understand the complexities of recovery across different levels of care and life circumstances. I hold a Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling and specialize in supporting individuals at every stage of substance use recovery—whether you are seeking recovery for the first time, returning after a relapse, or working to build strong supports for long-term maintenance.

My ideal clients are those that don't fit the mold. Someone who’s always doodling when you’re supposed to be listening in class, the teen who’s mastered the fine art of procrastination, or the college student who has a desktop full of tabs and a backpack full of… who knows what. Or maybe you’re just tired of hearing “Why can’t you just remember your stuff?” and want someone who won’t judge you for losing your keys for the fiftieth time. You want support that actually makes sense for your brain, you want to feel less stuck, and, let’s be real, you want desperately to reach your goals, you just may need some help to get there.

Differing events in life can cause symptoms of depression, anxiety, and many other mental health conditions. Whether you are struggling with an adjustment period or need help processing years of trauma, I can help you. My passion is within helping individuals and families reach their full potential and goals.
