Human beings are highly adaptable, but sometimes the ways in which we cope are maladaptive or counter productive. Oftentimes when we encounter adversity our natural instinct is to tough it out and hope things change. Sometimes that can lead to feeling stuck, helpless, or overwhelmed when things don't change. Therapy can help get you unstuck and back to living the life you deserve. My main areas of focus include PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, inner child work, grief, and life transitions.
