You LOVE your therapist, but there's an elephant in the room. You’ve read every self help book out there, and your therapist says you “do good work”. But you just can’t calm down your fight and flight responses, and your daily life is getting unmanageable. You're exhausted, and forgetting how to do the basic things like make food happen, get to work and do basic self-care around the house. The new information on masked Autism and ADHD keeps catching your attention, but when you brought it up with your therapist the conversation didn’t go anywhere. You want to learn more about it and you want to feel like yourself again.
I want to help you and your therapist work together again like you used to! I specialize in late diagnosed neurodivergence, and can help you learn about your neurotype while working with your nervous system. We’ll do somatic work (listening to your body and giving it what it needs) and emotional work to truly accept yourself exactly as you are.
I learned at 48 that I am Autistic and ADHD and what my clients say is that it's actually just spending time with an unmasked AuDHDer that is the most helpful to them! I have developed a special interest in all things neurodivergent, from meltdowns to masking to burnout and demand avoidance. Let me help you stop "trying harder" and build a life that works.

Affinity Groups

Many neurodivergent people want connection and a sense of community, but don't feel like doing therapy. Affinity groups are great for that! This is a non-therapy option that can be profoundly supportive and affirming. We offer groups for people with similar neurotypes and maybe something else in common too. . . like late diagnosed neurodivergent people going through hormone changes or parents of PDA kids. It's an opportunity to meet others like you, and feel seen and known!!!
