Your childhood wasn’t exactly idyllic. What should have been a safe, stable, and joyful time was instead dangerous, unpredictable, and terrifying. You learned to stay quiet, not take up space, and be the “good kid,” often compensating for your parents’ deficiencies. You learned to rely solely on yourself – after all, you didn’t have other options. Now, as an adult, your mind and body still react as if danger is everywhere. You’re either hypervigilant (worried all the time) or completely dissociated (checked out). The trauma that took place 10, 20, or even 30 years ago still torments you. You’re ready to move on and be free.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware adults who want to deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships. They may feel stuck in patterns that once helped them survive but no longer serve the life they want to build.
Are you ready to look inward and gain insight into your behavioral patterns?
Are you curious about the parts of yourself that developed to protect you and whether they still need to lead?
Are you hoping to relax more, experience pleasure more freely, and feel more at home in your body?

I am IFS Level 2 trained and primarily use this psychospiritual modality in my practice. This involves taking a deep dive into the inner workings of our psyche, and being open to exploring mystical healing. I am also certified in EMDR, which I use to treat both trauma and self-defeating negative beliefs. I work primarily with older adults, caregivers, and women in mid-life who want to finally center their needs and access healing. I regularly facilitate six-week IFS Healing Circles.

My clients are people in the middle of a battle — with substances, with behaviors that have taken hold, with the exhaustion of loving someone whose addiction is reshaping their world. Some come in for themselves. Others come in because someone they love is struggling and they don't know how to help, how to cope, or how to stop being consumed by it. What they all share is a moment of honesty — an acknowledgment that something has to change. I walk beside them through that. Not ahead, not behind — beside. Because I believe we are all, in our own way, walking one another home. And that journey begins the moment someone decides they are
