At Bloom Couples Counseling, I offer a comprehensive, scientifically-based approach to relationship counseling in a supportive and appropriately challenging setting. I help you unravel the mystery of the cyclical nature of relationship problems, reducing frustration and restoring connection. Using evidence-based tools and approaches, my goal is to help you and your partner move from distance to addressing the problems as a team, leaving you both with a sense of pride in each other's core needs and dreams for the relationship.
I am a Certified Gottman Therapist and Certified Discernment Counselor. I have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and am pursuing certification. I work with couples on connection, trust, sexuality, affairs, communication, divorce ambivalence, attachment injuries, and more. I am also trained in EMDR for trauma.
