Since 2002 I've been helping people enhance the quality of their lives through the use of sound therapeutic interventions including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Redecision Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy, Reality Therapy and Imago Therapy. I am a perpetual student of personal and professional development and I provide education and tools in proven techniques.
Drawing from these theoretical perspectives I have successfully worked with individuals, couples and families in healing patterns of thought and behavior leading to anxieties, phobias, depression, substance abuse, couple's issues and other life challenges. I help people decrease symptoms of pain and improve personal performance on and off the court.
