) techniques including mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance,and emotional regulation.
I believe there is power in knowledge and I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to speak their mind while feeling heard in the process. I aim to provide a supportive environment that promotes healing and assists others accomplish their goals. I am passionate about working with depression, anxiety, survivors of trauma, parents struggling with children/teens, codependency, domestic violence, self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideations, anger management, life transitions, disorganized eating, and self-esteem.
