Sometimes we know something isn’t working in our lives—but we’re not sure how to fix it. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, experiencing relationship challenges, or going through a major life transition. Whatever brings you here, your needs—your why—are at the heart of the work we'll do together.
I’m a goal-focused therapist who believes therapy should be active and collaborative—not just sitting on a couch talking about problems. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in your way and build practical tools to help you move forward.

I am eager to help you find your best self. Depression, anxiety, and life challenges can try to steal your happiness, but you have the power within to overcome through goal setting, relaxation techniques, and by building coping skills that can strengthen your resiliency. Sometimes it just takes an unbiased listening ear to provide you with the opportunity to express your feelings and thoughts, creating a safe space for you to process and discover who you are, where you want to go, and how you can get there.

Hi! I help clients rebuild confidence in living an authentic, meaningful life. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the joy in their everyday moments. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you understand yourself more deeply so you can move toward the life you want. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating social anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and those on the autism spectrum. I also enjoy working with clients who identify as highly sensitive, people-pleasers, or chronic “overthinkers.”

One size fits all is crap, just crap. I try to get to know someone as an individual. My goal is to create a comfortable space and ask questions to encourage someone to explore. I like thinking outside the box and being interactive with therapy. I have found the traditional idea of therapy makes me want to vomit and that is not what you will find here.

Hello, I am Krystal Bullard, and I provide trauma informed care to teens and adults. Empowering, educating, and evolving others is my passion! Benjamin Disraeli said, “the greatest good you can do for another is not just share your riches, but to reveal to him his own.” As a clinician, it is a privilege to share my riches (the skills and experience that I have gained over the years) while guiding others to realize or even rediscover their own. Each client is met where they are with using an integrative, evidenced- based approach, tailored to the needs of each individual.

Hello! I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff, sterile, or painfully serious all the time. Sometimes healing involves laughter, honesty, and being fully human, awkward moments and all. I strive to meet people exactly where they are while helping them grow toward where they want to be.
I value mutual respect, communication, humor, flexibility, and the freedom to explore your story without shame. In our work together, you’ll be encouraged to challenge old beliefs, rewrite unhelpful narratives, and build healthier ways of thinking, connecting, and experiencing yourself and others — emotionally, mentally, and sexually.

As a young Black woman and an introvert, I know how overwhelming it can be to carry depression, anxiety, or the effects of trauma—especially when you feel deeply but don’t always feel understood. I enjoy working with clients who feel stuck, second-guess themselves, or notice old wounds showing up in their current relationships or life choices. You might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, or past experiences that make it hard to set boundaries, adjust to life changes, or feel at peace with yourself. My goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, clarity, and emotional relief.

My ideal client is someone seeking real change—whether that means total abstinence or finding safer, healthier ways to manage use. They may feel stuck in old patterns, tired of the cycle, or unsure where to start. Some are balancing recovery with work, family, or military life and want practical tools to regain stability and purpose. They value honesty, progress, and self-awareness, and they’re ready to build a life that feels sustainable—not just sober.

FAQ - Therapist Gender
Does it matter what gender my therapist is?
In general, there is no relationship between a therapist’s gender and their efficacy. Some clients, however, prefer to see therapists of a particular gender, whether due to their own past experiences with men and women, or because they feel more comfortable with a therapist of their own gender due to shared life experiences or perspectives. Considering what one wants to address in therapy can help someone determine whether their therapist’s gender may matter or improve their therapeutic experience. The most important consideration is that a client is able to build a trusting relationship with their therapist.
Should I see a female therapist?
Many people—not just women—prefer to see a female therapist. For women, this could be because they believe that they will be able to better connect with a woman, and that a female therapist will be able to relate to their specific challenges and personal issues. It may be particularly beneficial for women to see a female therapist, for example, for gender-specific issues, such as sexism in the workplace, relationship issues, and gender roles. The most important factor in therapy is the client-therapist connection, and a therapist's gender as well as many other factors may play an important role in this.
Do therapists get specific training to help with women’s concerns?
Therapists are trained to provide care to clients of any gender. However, some therapists may pursue additional training in feminist therapy, gender-specific issues, or women’s mental health. Female clients may wish to ask prospective therapists whether they have received specific training in the client’s primary area(s) of concern, or whether they have worked extensively with women on issues similar to their own.
How can I inquire about a therapist’s experience in treating women?
It’s OK—even encouraged!—to ask a therapist directly whether and how often they have treated women in the past, or whether they have treated women dealing with the client’s most prominent concern(s). Competent therapists will be happy to share their educational background, preferred treatment modalities, and prior client experience to help an individual find the therapist best suited to their needs.
