Realizing and asking for help takes courage. I am an LGBTQ+ clinical mental health counselor and addictions specialist in NC, with advanced training using expressive arts therapy, trauma-informed care, infused with nature and sports psychotherapies. I have worked for 10 years within harm reduction methods relating to adverse childhood experiences, relational violence, LGBTQ+ identities, and trauma informed methods for holistic care. My approach is eclectic and uniquely adaptable to working with a range of ages, developmental, and transitional stages towards positive shifts in attitude, behavior, and mood of each client.
