I am in-network for Blue Cross, Tricare, United, Aetna, Medicaid, Medcost, Medicare and Cigna, but I can also provide a statement for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement.
Accepting new clients. No Waitlist! I believe anyone, regardless of background or circumstance, can benefit from talk therapy. We all have “stuff” that can get in our way and therapy has been shown to help us cope and find solutions. I approach therapy through a systemic lens through which I consider your whole picture to find the most effective path to change. I use an array of treatment models to help clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, parenting, communication, processing loss, and family conflict. I can provide services for children 8 years and older, teens, adults, couples, and families.

Trauma, and life in general, can be complicated. Some people experience 'Big T' trauma, such as abuse, neglect, natural disasters, or other major events. Other times, it’s quieter - what’s often called 'Little T' trauma. These might include being dismissed by a caregiver, overlooked by a teacher, or repeatedly made to feel like you were not enough. Whether big or small, experiences like these shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. Sometimes we know we’re reacting to trauma. Other times, something just feels off or stuck, and we don’t know why.

I accept Aetna, BCBS, Medcost, and Cigna.
I believe in the power of attachment and the deep impact it has on our relationships, sense of self, and emotional well-being. For adult children of emotionally immature parents, I offer a space to process the effects of those relationships and break free from unhealthy patterns. By using family systems theory, we explore the dynamics that shaped your upbringing and help you create healthier connections moving forward. I support those navigating trauma, whether related to past experiences or ongoing struggles with identity, and understand the challenges that arise for individuals who are neurodiverse.

I am in network with UHC/Optum, BCBS, Aetna & Medcost.
I specialize in working with professional women who come from traumatic homes and have found a way to overcome. But something from childhood is still running in the background. It looks like anxiety you can't shake, the glass of wine that turned into two, irritability that hits out of nowhere, the feeling of overwhelm it makes you want to cry, but you don't cry because you can't be weak, right? That isn't living friend. Lets work together to find true and complete joy. Let's change your life so you feel better and the memories don't hurt anymore.
