Video on Website Link - Accepting new clients early a.m. 7am- 9 am. - I believe life should be a lot easier then it is. We all get pushed past our limits that challenge who we think we are. The pressure changes us into different people. How do we get past reacting to life and get on to living life intentionally? The answer is not easy, because there are many factors that fracture our attention, steal our resources, and prevent progress. My job is to help change these factors to set you up for success and aid in defining what success means for you.

So many people feel directionless, frustrated, or kind of "flat" regarding relationships, professional path, family/friends, or just life in general. Regardless of the issue(s) you may be dealing with (you may not even be sure what's wrong/not quite right), therapy can help you build a steadier, more satisfying life with non-judgmental, honest feedback, and a supportive relationship you can rely on. Based on your unique needs and goals, we'll work through the hard stuff together with patience, compassion (and maybe even some humor) to create a plan and a pace that will get you moving in a more positive, satisfying direction.

My reactions feel overwhelming, like I’m constantly on high alert. My mind never slows down, and I’m always bracing for something bad to happen. The anxiety is relentless—I can’t sleep, and I’m exhausted from trying to hold everything together. I feel like I’m walking a tightrope, and any moment I might fall apart. I want to pull away from my family and friends, but when I do, the guilt and self-doubt only get worse. I try to seem okay, but underneath it all, I’m haunted by pain from my past. I keep wondering: Am I a failure? Am I worthless… or unlovable? If you’ve felt this way, know this: you are not alone, and you are not broken.

I have always had an interest in not only how our minds, bodies, and spirits are connected, but also what takes place when an imbalance exists and then how to implore healing. I look at an individual through a holistic lens, and use this approach, when appropriate. As part of this holistic approach, I have the belief that as a part of the world and universe in which we live, that we are all, interconnected and operate as a part of a dynamic system. I am especially interested in how mindfulness practices, yoga, animals, and nature, might influence the ideas of acceptance and non-judgment, and overall, positively affect an individual.
