It is my belief that the more we connect our actions in this life, to our purpose and values, while giving our minds and bodies the time to heal from past and present hurts... the better we will serve ourselves and in our roles as as parents, caregivers, workers, friends, partners, etc. I personally, sent my children to counselors, tutors, coaches, etc., while never (until very recently) getting much needed support for myself. Through talk therapy, Reiki healing, and behavioral changes, I have found a sense of calm assurance that... has not removed the struggles and reality of life...and yet allowed a peace and energy to progress.
