Do you need assistance navigating life? I am here to assist you. I offer my services to diverse populations and ages. I meet the client where they are and offer strategies that will assist the client with navigating their life. I work with children, adolescents, and adults ( ages 6 on up) in hopes to bring balance to their life. I look at the whole person and not their symptoms.
I work primarily with adolescents and adults, but I find enjoyment working with children as well. I use therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused, Motivational Interviewing ( MI) and Trauma Focused CBT.
I meet each client where they are and utilize a non judgmental environment. Rapport building is a major component of the therapeutic alliance, which builds trust in the therapeutic relationship.
