Hey, I’m Reagan. I work with older teens and adults trying to figure out what’s happened, who they are in this moment, and where they want to go from here. I offer a safe space to work through things your own way, and support that meets you where you are and evolves on your terms. With a warm, straightforward, and affirming approach, I can help you work toward goals focused on you and getting to a place where 'being' just feels better. If you are looking for someone who is real and something a little different from your last therapy experience, let's talk! (Morning & afternoon availability only at this time.)

Do you feel constantly stuck in a cycle where nothing you do feels good enough? The constant comparisons, the negative self-talk, the guilt around food and negative body image thoughts, struggling in relationships, not feeling like the "real" you, and questioning who you really are —it's exhausting, and you shouldn't have to carry it alone. In our work together, we'll focus on developing genuine flexibility and resilience, not some rigid version of who you "should" be. We'll challenge those harsh inner voices, question the rules that no longer serve you, and figure out who you are when you're not trying to meet impossible standards.

Welcome. Are you experiencing difficulties with relationships, children, spirituality, sex, or work? It often happens that many of us need a little help now and then. In my years of practice, I've seen how depression and anxiety can affect people's lives and can cause a great deal of guilt and frustration. Life is a journey, both joyous and painful. I believe that no one purposely tries to mess up their life, however, once caught up in our own situations we often cannot see the "forest for the trees", making it difficult to see things any differently during stressfull times.

Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly stressed just trying to make it through the day? I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, specifically those with ADHD, ASD, BPD, and OCD, as well as those holding LGBTQIA+ and multicultural identities.
I recognize that many of these struggles are shaped by environments and systems that weren’t designed for everyone to thrive. Together we can build a treatment plan to unpack these influences, unlearn limiting narratives, and build ways of living that feel more authentic, sustainable, and reflective of your values and needs.

Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) Therapists
How long does OCD treatment take?
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is often treated on a weekly or twice-weekly schedule, depending on symptom severity and the client’s preferences. Some clients may start to see a noticeable improvement in symptoms in as little as six weeks, but it’s also possible, especially in more severe cases, for treatment to take several months to a year before significant progress is made.

What happens if OCD is not treated?
Some people with OCD, especially those with mild symptoms, may find that they are able to adapt reasonably well to life with the condition, even if their symptoms never resolve completely. However, many people, particularly those whose symptoms are severe at the outset, find that their obsessions and compulsions grow more intrusive with time, making it harder to maintain relationships, hold down a job, or navigate the world successfully.

Are there medications for OCD?
Medication can be used to treat OCD. The class of drugs most often prescribed are selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs, which include fluvoxamine (under the brand name Luvox), fluoxetine (Prozac), and sertraline (Zoloft), among others. In cases of treatment-resistant OCD, other classes of medication, such as tricyclic antidepressants or atypical antipsychotics, may be prescribed. Medication is frequently used in conjunction with therapy.

Can OCD come back after treatment?
Yes. Major life transitions, periods of stress, or other factors can cause symptoms to return or, if they were never fully eradicated, to ramp back up in intensity. For some, these relapses are brief and do not require additional treatment; identifying specific triggers and practicing the skills learned in therapy can help speed their course. For others, returning to therapy for a brief period can help address the underlying stress and strengthen coping mechanisms.
