I have been providing individual, couples, and family therapy for over 35 years. Areas of specialty in my clinical practice include couple/family relational issues, anxiety, depression, stress and health, life transitions, and work systems issues. Anxiety may interfere with a person's ability to think clearly at times of stress or crisis and may impede their finding a course of action. Through the initial assessment phase and as therapy progresses, the ability to think more calmly and objectively about a problem can return. A person may then more effectively address the inevitable challenges in relationships and in life.

Open to exploring the mind-body connection, they value a safe, empathetic space to unpack emotions and patterns. Whether building resilience or healing past wounds, they embrace collaboration and holistic tools like somatic practices. Committed to change, they seek clarity, empowerment, and a deeper sense of authenticity and connection in their lives.

I help parents, children, and teens make lasting change in behavior, mood, and family interactions using evidence-based strategies that really work. If you are struggling with your child's tantrums, defiance, ADHD, bedtime or homework battles, sibling conflict, anxiety, or depression, we can work together to restore peace in your home, even if your child seems disinterested in therapy or you've already tried everything. You do not have to face these challenges alone, and you do not need years of therapy to make progress. You just need a professional with the right specialty, and a good plan to get things back on track.

You might look like you're holding everything together on the outside- but inside, you're carrying anxiety, exhaustion, self-doubt, or a constant sense of being "on." Maybe you're navigating new parenthood, relationship stress, burnout, or an identity shift that's left you feeling disconnected from yourself. You want to feel steadier, more present, and more at ease in your body- but you're not sure where to begin. I work with individuals and couples who are tired of surviving and ready for something more sustainable, using a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach.

I am here to walk alongside you, listen to you, and help you identify your treatment goals. I have a clinical interest in psychotic disorders and substance abuse. I am available to work with individuals and families seeking to support a loved one dealing with substance abuse or severe mental illness.

Life can sometimes feel like a lot to carry—whether you’re adjusting to big life changes, juggling responsibilities at work and at home, working through relationship concerns, or living with persistent stress or anxiety that lingers even when things appear “okay” on the surface. If any of this resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it by yourself. Seeking support is a brave step, and I’m glad you’re here.

It can be rough out here, can't it? Out here in the world, as we try to be all the things to all the people, always considering the "what-ifs" and preparing for the multitude of ways things can happen. It is utterly exhausting thinking all of the time. “All of the time” as in, those thoughts don’t stop! Maybe they’re obsessive, questioning, fearful or downright rude thoughts about yourself, either way - too many, right? And getting in your way, right? In the past you’ve likely learned how to manage them, or even tailored your distractions to fit your own personal style of avoidance. But the distractions aren’t distracting anymore.
