Art Therapy in Orange County, NC
I use trauma-informed care, inner child/"parts" work, mindful-cbt, mindful relaxation and art, as tools to support you in achieving your goals.
You deserve Peace. Life transitions often leave us feeling alone, stuck, or overwhelmed by anxiety. Whether you are a student navigating change, an individual facing life’s stressors, or a couple seeking to repair your connection, I provide a trauma-informed, non-judgmental space to heal.
My dual-license (LCAS, LCMHS) integrates Mindful-CBT, Narrative therapy, and "Parts" work to help you reclaim your happiness. For couples, I offer communication tools for lasting repair. We also use somatic awareness to ground the body during high stress. Together, we will move you toward a place of clarity, resilience, and renewed joy.

Real change doesn’t happen through insight alone. It happens through connection, expression, and deeper emotional work. In therapy, we create space to understand the patterns shaping your relationships, quiet constant overthinking, reconnect with your intuition, and express emotions that have been held inside for years. Using a blend of traditional psychotherapy and expressive arts therapy, we move beyond simply talking about your experiences. Together, we help you build confidence, show up more authentically in your life, and experience new ways of being—emotionally, relationally, and internally. Because therapy shouldn’t just help

I have specialized training in Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, Neurodevelopmental Trauma, and the treatment of Eating Disorders.
I whole-heartedly welcome all parts of you into our work together. I move beyond working with just your thoughts and embrace you as a whole-person, which includes your emotions, body sensations, relationships, and even spirit. As a result, I offer an integrated approach that includes body-centered, creative, cognitive, and contemplative techniques. By slowing down and deepening insight you can identify limiting patterns, develop greater acceptance, access inner knowing, and make self-directed change.
