to manage the impacts of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and ADHD.
Sometimes "life happens" and the tools you've used to get through things just aren't effective anymore. No matter how large or small a problem is, it can create stress and anxiety that bleed into other areas of your life. Anxiety can look different for everybody. Perhaps you shut down and avoid people, have trouble sleeping, begin questioning yourself and what you think you "should" have done, or can't stop worrying about every little (or not little) things. These are common reactions when you're going through challenging times such as a job change, relationship troubles, parenting stress, academic difficulties, or career choices.
