My name is Michelle Harris. I am a Licensed Social Worker with over 21 years of clinical experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress management, and other life-changing situations. The theoretical approaches I often utilize in my work are Christian Counseling, Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Coaching, Solution Focused Brief Therapies during treatment with clients. Welcome, my name is Cynthia. I am glad you are here because seeking help is the first step to wellness. As a Christian mental health and substance treatment counselor, I am honored to counsel women age 18 and above in-person or online in North Wilkesboro, NC and surrounding areas. Helping women recognize their inner strength and thrive beyond such issues as trauma, abuse, and tragedy is a calling in my life. My experience and research supports that spiritual wellness betters our mental and emotional health. I look forward to partnering with God and women in their journey of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.
