I'm highly trained as a Certified EMDR therapist, and incorporate jungian psychology to gain a better understanding of the symbols, metaphors, and analogies many experience through the EMDR process.
You just want to feel better. You're tired of wondering why you can’t shake the anxiety, the self-doubt, or the weight of past experiences. You know something isn’t right, but no amount of rationalizing or “looking on the bright side” is making it go away. You feel disconnected—from yourself, from others, from the life you want. Even when people support you, deep down, you feel alone. You’ve been managing, but you’re exhausted from just getting by. You're looking for real help, something that actually works. That’s where we come in.

Cameron empowers clients to explore both traditional talk therapy methods (with training in Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Mentalization, Jungian Somatics and Dreamwork) and creative arts therapy methods including role play, improvisation, psychodrama, movement, music and visual art making, storytelling, expressive writing and other creative and embodied processes.
Cameron has worked with clients all over the US to harness the power of embodiment, mindfulness, authentic spirituality and creativity in their journeys of healing and wellness. Working with Cameron means moving beyond simply sitting and talking through problems to playing with and through them in the body, in the imagination, in nature, in narrative and in real relationship to Self and Others. Many of Cameron's clients identify as survivors of trauma (big T and little t) and partner with her to access greater safety and freedom in their body-minds through creative and somatic-based processes.

I also enjoy incorporating tarot and oracle cards to discuss the Jungian psychological perspective of what it may bring to focus.
If you've ever dreaded going to therapy because of endless worksheets and CBT/DBT that did not resonate with you, I'm your gal. I enjoy living in the corners and at the fringes of what stereotypical therapy might look like. It is important to me that those who are outcasts, quirky, different, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and the marginalized feel heard. When we work together, I want you to feel like you matter (because you do). If you like the utilization of tarot and oracle cards, we can incorporate that. If you need resources on affirming places to practice spirituality, we can look at those.

We are all in the process of Becoming. What are you fighting to become? As you pursue that inspired life, perhaps you're seeing too much tension inside. Anxiety, heaviness, or history of trauma can weigh on your heart. They can make your dreams feel impossible. Perhaps your empathy or sensitivity creates its own challenges. Maybe you find yourself in too many dead ends.

Jungian Therapists

How does Jungian therapy work?

Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?

Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?

According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?

Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
