My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for clients to enhance the most important relationship they have, the one with themselves. I work with clients to enhance their self-awareness by identifying limiting beliefs and patterns of behavior that prevent satisfaction and peace in their lives.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I have experience working in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings as well as school-based services. I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents and adults facing concerns with disordered eating, body image, mood difficulties, and life transitions (college, new parenthood, etc).
