I’ve been a licensed therapist for 14 years. I create a space where you can be heard and nurtured but also pushed to grow. We'll work together to set realistic therapeutic goals so you can thrive. Primarily I see girls and women but I also support men. I passionately support teen girls, LGBTQIA+ individuals, POC, and single parents. Together, we’ll reduce stress, anxiety, and low mood by learning clinical and coping skills to increase overall happiness and personal awareness.
