I specialize in supporting women navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), perimenopause, and menopause. I am deeply committed to working with women facing domestic violence, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to process trauma, explore relationship patterns, and reclaim their sense of self. My clinical focus also includes working with attachment wounds, past traumas, and relationship stressors—even in relationships that aren’t abusive but still leave women feeling disconnected or alone. I work with women of all backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ women and young adults (18-22).

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. It’s not what’s wrong with you, it’s what happened to you. Therapy isn’t cookie-cutter, so together we will create an intervention designed to foster healing and wellness. Together we will take the journey to healing with approaches like CBT Exposure Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I work with adults of all ages who are ready to take the journey to healing. I work hard to ensure that the therapy space is comfortable, confidential, and free from judgment without those things it will make the healing process difficult.

Individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed-you’ve found the right place. If you’re facing anxiety, relationship conflict, self-doubt, or the pressure to have it all together, know that you don’t have to face it alone. Many of my clients are young adults in transition, couples seeking deeper connection, or those healing their relationship with food and body. Each shares a hope for growth, to understand themselves and their relationships, find balance and confidence, and create more peace and fulfillment in everyday life.

Do you ever feel like you have to shrink yourself just to be accepted? Are you carrying the weight of shame, anxiety, or guilt because of who you are or what you’ve been through? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to carry it alone either. As a neurodivergent therapist with lived experience, I deeply understand how painful it can be to feel misunderstood or unseen. Whether you’re wrestling with internalized beliefs that no longer serve you or struggling to trust others due to past hurt, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable to explore your story with curiosity - not judgment.

My approach to therapy is attachment based psychoanalysis with a trauma focus. All humans have the basic fundamental need to be loved, be seen, and be heard. Our beliefs, feelings, behavior patterns, and relational dynamics are driven by these needs before we could articulate. We learned about our world through our first relationships and these subconscious attachments. We work with the subconscious, identify how your attachment reinforces choices, and unworked through feelings. You may not have an identified traumatic experience; rather, you experienced an event that was too complex to process at that time. EMDR trained.

Taking that first step and reaching out for help is the hardest part of the therapy process. Doing this for yourself is an important step in a healthy life. My main focus of practice is joining the mind and body together in the healthiest way possible in order to help you become your best self. This may include working on reducing anxiety, increasing anger management skills, or making your relationships more enjoyable. I enjoy helping you explore the inner parts of you that have possibly led you to become unfocused on your goals. Together we will explore what is holding you back, in a safe environment that is focused on your needs.

Life is hard... but this is not news. Life is also complex; we can believe we're strong, but feel week, or believe we're weak and surprise ourselves with strength. We crave control but feel like a passenger. We present a confident mask and have no idea who's actually wearing it. We give great advice but struggle to take our own. We've come so far, but feel like we're nowhere. If any of those rings a bell, that doesn't make you broken, or a hypocrite, it makes you human. Life is not either/or, it's all-of-the-above, and I suggest we stop making it even harder for ourselves by imagining it should be straightforward.

My experience as a clinician focuses on eating disorders, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, and trauma. I believe too often individuals underestimate their capability in navigating life’s challenges. I believe when we are vulnerable and authentic to our experiences, we can confront our “stuck points” and begin moving forward. I’m here to help you start moving forward.
