You’ve learned how to hold everything together—but it’s exhausting. Many of the clients I work with are used to being “on” at all times, managing demanding roles, supporting others, and navigating constant pressure. From the outside, things may look stable, but internally you may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are beneath it all. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform or carry everything alone.

Many of us have concerns that keep us awake at night, cause anxiety or conflict that interferes with our personal and professional lives as we strive to have happiness, peace and balance. And, often we need roadmap and compass, along with that positive force inside us to get us moving. Does this sound familiar? If so, you are certainly not alone!
Therapy doesn't have to be scary when you have a therapeutic partner that is committed and trained to not only identify your concerns, but to also focus on our unrealized strengths. Afterall, these are the nuggets that have kept you going.....but are often unseen.

If you find yourself overwhelmed by anxiety, constant worry, or perfectionistic standards, therapy can be a place where relief and understanding begin. I work with individuals who are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel stuck under the weight of intrusive thoughts, overthinking, fear of making mistakes, and ongoing self-doubt. Anxiety may show up as rigid expectations, repetitive thinking, difficulty tolerating uncertainty, or feeling paralyzed by decisions. This may also bring challenges around relationships, transitions (school, career, identity shifts), or lingering responses to past stress or trauma that continue to impact you.

My ideal client is someone who is open to the therapy experience and is ready to challenge themselves to actively work toward feeling better. Someone who recognizes that while changes in behavior, mood, thinking, relationships, employment, parenting, lifestyle etc. may test our ability to cope, as they can be difficult and painful, how we respond to these changes/challenges ultimately determines the outcome. Someone who is willing to engage in a symbiotic, collaborative therapeutic relationship to work on their self determined goals, whatever they may be.
