If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit in, have been bullied, or left therapy feeling unseen, you’re definitely not alone. My practice is all about supporting people who feel like they don’t belong to any one group or don’t fit the usual mold—whether that’s because of anxiety, being neurodivergent or an introvert, cultural or racial identity, or anything else that makes you unique. I’ve been on my own healing journey, so I know how important it is to be truly heard. I focus on building real connections, helping you spot what’s causing stress or anxiety, and shining the light on the cracks where we create space for change

You’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself — not because you’re broken, but because you’ve spent years prioritizing others’ needs over your own. You may feel anxious, numb, burned out, or stuck in cycles of overthinking and emotional shutdown. I work with women who appear capable on the outside but feel empty, depleted, or lost inside. Through trauma-informed, nervous-system-based therapy, I help you reconnect with your inner compass, process emotions safely, and begin living from a place of self-trust instead of survival.

When describing my work as a therapist, I often say that therapy is the art of having awkward conversations about things that most people prefer not to discuss. The things that come up during therapy sessions aren’t often broached around the dinner table or at social gatherings, so talking about them can feel overwhelming, uncomfortable, and weird, especially if a person is worried about how others will respond. Sometimes, though, these conversations become necessary when mental health concerns start interfering with a person’s ability to live their life, enjoy their relationships, and reach their goals. This is where I come in.
