I am passionate about creating and maintaining a secure space for people to align with their most authentic selves, especially while navigating the grief that often accompanies these journeys; making sure to celebrate the small joys along the way! My clients may struggle with trauma; relationships and intimacy; sexuality; gender, or other identity exploration. Perhaps their therapeutic work might mean developing deeper connections with friends or family members, learning how to process conflicting feelings resulting from harm done to or by someone, or exploring self-expression within and outside of social expectations.

Guilt and shame running the show? You wake up wondering if you did enough or maybe even are enough each morning. Do you put your needs at the bottom of the to-do list? You're exhausted most of the time but you're unable to sleep at night due to racing thoughts and worries. You feel demotivated at work and you think to yourself, "What's the point?" Then overwhelm and procrastination sets in. You may be experiencing relational burnout and people pleasing tendencies. If you're ready to start feeling like yourself again, you're in the right place.
