They feel empowered to overcome self-imposed stigmas and fears. This can be an eclectic process as I believe in using client centered and solution focused approaches, and varied theorist as needed.

With over 25 years of experience in a range of settings, I've found the best way to help others is by offering a listening ear, non-judgmental yet practical approach.
