Yea, it is your fault. Well, at least in part. If we are being honest with ourselves, you have put you to the side; putting other people, tasks, jobs, relationships, "the hustle" all ahead of your own mental well-being. Now is just as good of a time as any to put you first. Therapy is a great tool to process thoughts, feelings, and actions. A therapist doesn't have a magic wand to "fix" things in your life, however we are skilled with tools to assist you. Will you continue to put you to the side or will you reprioritize yourself to the top of your "to-do" list? In other words: "What u gon do, bar-b-q or mildew?"
