I have experience providing both brief and long-term counseling for a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, schizophrenia,
and alcohol use, relationship stress, trauma and PTSD, and more.
Counseling is a voluntary and collaborative process. This requires that you be actively involved and willing to set and work toward specific goals. Counseling is a tool that individuals can use to deal with problems in a way that is best for that individual. Your counselor cannot “fix,” “cure,” or “heal” you in any way. However, unconditional acceptance, listening and understanding, professional expertise, and honest communication can help you reach your goals to achieving a happier, healthier life!
