I work alongside my clients in a safe and supportive environment to help overcome depression, anxiety, life transitions, cultural challenges, traumas, and relationship problems. My approach to therapy is respectful, hands-on, and empowering. I believe that, "A problem is something that a person has, not something that a person is."
