As a South Asian therapist, I integrate Eastern philosophy with Western psychology to create a balanced, holistic approach to healing. I invite you to take a deep breath and be yourself. My mission is to help you discover greater meaning and passion for life and connect deeply with others. As a neurodivergent person, I understand and support clients who experience the world differently, including those on the spectrum. Together, we’ll explore tools and insights to overcome challenges and cultivate meaningful relationships with yourself and others. True freedom comes from embracing all emotions with courage and compassion.
As an artist and trauma therapist, I use creative pathways like art therapy and dream rescripting to help you heal, release, and rebuild. I specialize in EMDR (trauma, PTSD), anxiety, ADHD, substance use, addiction, cultural & gender identity, family issues, women’s concerns, parenting and relationships, including LGBTQIA, non-monogamy and polyamory.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I know it’s hard to ask for help. Without the support of wonderful therapists who helped me overcome my own trauma and anxiety, I wouldn't be here to give back today. I empathize and understand. Call me for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.
