Openings for Friday mornings to begin 9/2026.I work with women and couples, to empower them towards independence and mental/ financial success. My specialties include: Substance Abuse Addictions, Abuse/ Domestic Violence, Trauma, Codependency, Attachment style issues, and Anxiety Disorders. I have over 17 years of experience. I am dually licensed as a Professional Counselor and Alcohol & Drug Counselor. I also held certifications in Yoga and Personal Training. My methods include the wholistic approach as I teach grounding, mindfulness, healthy nutrition; while promoting exercise/ movement as a way to align the mind/ body/ spirit.
As a domestic violence and sexual assault survivor, I can provide validation and the tools necessary to break free from negative cognitions, codependency, and develop a more secure attachment style. We will dive deep into inner child work and work through the pain so that it no longer has a hold on you. With couples, I use the Gottman style approach.
I firmly believe in building rapport and developing trust before diving into the core issues. I provide individual and couples counseling. Office hours are between Monday-Thursday from 12pm-5pm. If you call or email between Fri-Sun, please allow time to respond on Monday. I am seeing clients in the office and via telehealth.
