My approach incorporates a trauma and attachment lens, which also includes EMDR and CBT techniques to help you better understand your thoughts and feelings to change behaviors that are no longer working for you.
I can make therapy accessible to fit your active life. For all clients, I offer services in the traditional office setting or virtually to accompany you on your journey to healing, changing, and becoming your authentic self.
