Overall, I believe that therapy is a place to learn and heal from current and past experiences. My primary goal as a counselor is to empower and provide skills to clients to help them flourish. I see children, adolescent, and adult populations, implementing an integrative approach, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. This means that I use many techniques and models, but I like to focus on current goals/solutions and altering unhelpful thinking patterns.
I specialize in trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have experience working with patients with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Personality and Conduct Disorders. I offer individual and family sessions.
