Hello / Hola, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Coachella Valley. I do this work because I have seen firsthand what it looks like when people carry too much for too long, I know that the right support can genuinely change things. My background includes working with survivors of trauma and domestic violence, adults managing anxiety, women going through postpartum and families dealing with coparenting challenges & identity shifts that come with big life transitions. I'm also trained to conduct Immigration mental health evaluations for immigration cases.
I have a particular connection to working with Latino and bicultural clients. Navigating cultural expectations, family pressure, and the experience of living between two worlds adds layers to everyday stress that deserve to be addressed directly, not around.
I offer telehealth sessions for clients throughout California and am in the process of building an in-person practice here in the Coachella Valley for those who prefer to meet face to face. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a sense of whether this feels like a good fit before committing to an appointment.
