My name is Nayeli, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am certified in EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health and am an Advanced-Level Somatic Experiencing trainee (certification expected 2026). I work with adults and women across all stages of motherhood, including pregnancy and postpartum. I also support adults in healing from childhood trauma and offer trauma-informed, attachment-focused care to work through relational stress. Many clients are highly sensitive and seeking to break generational patterns and deepen connection, often feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected.
My approach is honest, warm, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. I integrate EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and perinatal mental health care, using somatic practices to help the body process stored trauma. I also offer a free support group for mothers and speak on how trauma shapes the motherhood journey.
